<p>Job Specifications Role Designation: Senior Manager Compliance Department: Compliance Function: Support Company: Motilal Oswal Asset Management Reporting to: Head of Compliance Location: Mumbai Job Purpose We are looking for Person in the Compliance Department for Mutual Funds related compliances, situated at our Corporate Office- Motilal Oswal Tower. The position shall report to Head &ndash; Compliance, Legal &amp; Secretarial OR any other senior resource in Compliance Department. Key Deliverables  Required to have experience or willingness to work in the following areas:  Knowledge of SEBI Mutual Funds related Regulations on Capital Market etc.  Ensuring half yearly updation of Scheme Information Documents (SIDs)  New products launch including finalization of products Board notes in terms of MF regulations, filing of SIDs with SEBI, seeking NOC by resolving SEBI queries, NFO launch, listing of products (as applicable), NFO reporting to SEBI.  Ensuring compliance with new regulatory circulars as applicable for SIDs Role Requirements  Qualification - CS or LLB  Post qualification Experience of 8 years in compliance  Good Drafting Skill, Accuracy, and Adherence to timelines.  Interpretation ability &amp; Promptness of response  Coordinating with various locations / departments for collecting information.  Should have communication skills and  Adaptability for different KRAs within MF, PMS, AIF as organization requires</p>
