Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with over 7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of product development.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure product increments meet quality standards.
• Act as the voice of the customer and champion user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Support release planning, sprint planning, and product demos with clear communication of priorities and outcomes.
• Track and analyze key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future decisions.
• Ensure alignment between business, technology, and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital products (web, mobile, SaaS preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience working with Agile teams.
• Excellent skills in requirement gathering, user story creation, and backlog management.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting demands.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in domain-specific industries (e.g., fintech, healthcare, SaaS, e-commerce, ERP).
• Exposure to data-driven decision making and working knowledge of analytics tools.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams across geographies.
