<div>As a Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing at The Souled Store, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital marketing strategies and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve growth targets. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of scaling and optimizing performance marketing initiatives.</div>

<div>● Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. This includes overseeing all aspects of performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, marketplace advertising, catalog hygiene for DTC and marketplaces. ● Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others. Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and efficiency. ● Budget Management: Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve KPIs and ROAS targets while ensuring cost control. ● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report key performance metrics, conduct in-depth analysis, and generate actionable insights. Regularly report on campaign performance to the leadership team. ● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the web development and design teams to implement CRO strategies that improve website conversion rates and customer retention. ● A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels. Implement learnings to improve campaign performance. ● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success. ● Vendor and Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives. ● Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats. ● Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including visual communication, product development, content marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing strategies.</div>

<div>Qualification & Skills</div>

<div>● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or advanced marketing certifications are a plus. ● 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on performance marketing. ● Proven track record of independently owning and managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably on the client side in the e-commerce or fashion industry. ● Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools. ● Strong arithmetic and analytical skills, and experience with data-driven decision-making. ● Exceptional leadership and team management skills. ● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. ● Strong creative sensibilities and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.</div>
