Job Summary

The HR Ops role is pivotal in managing the talent acquisition process and overseeing essential people processes within Furrl. This position requires an individual who can effectively collaborate with the CEO and hiring managers to attract talent while ensuring a positive employee experience throughout their journey with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Plan and manage all talent acquisition activities for open positions, including sourcing, job posting, screening, and managing the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with hiring managers, including the CEO, to identify talent needs and streamline the hiring process.
  • Community Engagement: Build the Furrl brand within relevant communities and universities to attract prospective candidates.
  • People Processes: Oversee key HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding, payroll management, rewards and recognition initiatives, leave management, policy enforcement, and conflict resolution.
  • Systems and Administration: Collaborate with the CEO to support data, documentation, or process requirements and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition or HR roles, with familiarity in standard recruitment portals and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HR/payroll software and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Startup Experience: Previous experience in an early-stage startup is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with contemporary HR trends and practices.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in employer branding and community engagement.

Experience
