<div>Job Purpose<br /> We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketplace Head to lead our performance across key third-party platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Quick Commerce, and others. You&rsquo;ll own the P&amp;L, drive visibility and sales, manage operational efficiency, and build strong marketplace relationships. If you&rsquo;re analytically sharp, action-oriented, and excited by the dynamic world of e-commerce, this is for you.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> ● P&amp;L Ownership: End-to-end accountability for revenue, margins, and growth across all third-party marketplace platforms.<br /> ● Marketplace Strategy &amp; JBP: Build strategic partnerships with platforms; negotiate JBPs and co-create growth plans.<br /> ● Performance Marketing: Identify and execute visibility levers&mdash;on-platform ads, deals, and content&mdash;to drive traffic and conversion.<br /> ● Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operations, including inventory management, A+ content, order processing, listings, and pricing accuracy.<br /> ● Business Reporting: Create actionable reports across revenue, receivables, spends, and channel-wise performance; drive insights and decisions.<br /> ● Fulfilment Coordination: Manage warehouse coordination and shipments for marketplace-owned fulfilment models (FBA, Nykaa Superstore, etc.).<br /> ● Dispute &amp; Compliance Management: Handle claim resolutions, compliance issues, and represent Setu with marketplace partners.<br /> ● Competitive Intelligence: Track category trends, pricing, and competitor activity to stay ahead.<br /> ● Product Development Insights: Share marketplace-driven consumer insights to influence innovation and NPD pipelines.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Must-Have Skills &amp; Qualifications<br /> ● 4&ndash;5 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace channels<br /> ● Proven track record of P&amp;L ownership and business scaling on Amazon, Flipkart, QComm etc.<br /> ● Strong analytical mindset with comfort in Excel/BI tools<br /> ● Good negotiation and relationship-building skills with platforms<br /> ● Detail-oriented, hands-on operator with a growth mindset<br /> ● Bonus: Experience in nutrition, beauty, personal care, or FMCG</div> <div><br /> Why Join Us<br /> ● Be part of a purpose-driven brand at the forefront of modern wellness.<br /> ● Work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a culture of experimentation and learning.<br /> ● Opportunity to lead entire Marketplace business including Quick Commerce<br /> ● Collaborate with smart, driven, and passionate teammates who are reimagining the nutrition category</div>
