Job Summary

This role involves managing end-to-end deals, including sourcing, evaluating potential deals and partners, supporting technical and legal due diligence, and concluding transactions independently for the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for making sound investments with high return on investment (ROI) for the company, while working in a highly motivated and talented team.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis using financial modeling templates, providing estimates on revenue, profitability, investment, and internal rate of return (IRR) analysis.
• Land Sourcing/Identification: Generate leads through networking with International Property Consultants (IPC), financial institutions, brokers, and corporate houses. Conduct site visits and market studies to understand market factors and filter/shortlist leads based on company criteria.
• Deal Evaluation: Compile costing and revenue assumptions, prepare business case proposals covering pricing, sales velocities, risk assessment, and profitability. Coordinate with the legal department for due diligence activities.
• Deal Structuring/Finalization: Structure deals to maximize returns, negotiate terms with landowners, and coordinate with the legal department for agreement preparation and approval processes.
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with Joint Venture (JV) partners, resolve issues, and provide regular updates on project developments.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA from a Tier 1 college.
• Experience: Proven experience in closing transactions independently.
