Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role will focus on generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide customized product solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities and results to management.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate database of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in an inside sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in inside sales or a similar role.

This is a full-time position based in Gurugram. The role involves working in an office environment with standard working hours.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹400,000 to ₹600,000 per annum.
