Business Developer

Job Summary

The Business Developer (Internship) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, client communication, and strategic outreach. As an intern, you will contribute to the growth of the organization by implementing effective outreach strategies and supporting the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business opportunities and markets.
• Influencer Collaborations: Curate and close partnerships with fashion creators (especially micro/nano influencers), helping them monetise their closets through Blumi. Think scouting, pitching, onboarding — you’ll own the full funnel.
• Thrift Store Expansion: Identify and pitch to top thrift stores across India. Build long-term partnerships and help them set up shop on Blumi.
• Growth Strategy & Execution: Brainstorm, build, and roll out campaigns that drive buyer sign-ups — from ambassador programs to social media hacks to offline activations.
• Community Building: Help shape a vibrant, loyal community of sellers and buyers who love circular fashion.
• Cross-Functional Exposure: Work closely with the founder across marketing, product, and operations — your work will directly influence how we grow.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks.

Experience

• Minimum Experience Required: 0 years (entry-level; internship position).

• Suitable for recent graduates or students currently enrolled in graduation program.
