<div>Job Description</div> <div>Sr Executive/ Assistant/ Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition (Hiring)<br /> Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant or Deputy Manager &ndash; Talent Acquisition (Hiring)</div> <div>Department: Human Resources<br /> Job Location: (Plant/ Factory Office/Sales Office/SCM-Field Office): BSWMPL - Factory<br /> Position Reports to: (Reporting Authority Designation &amp; Department): Head- HR &amp;Admin.</div> <div>Overall, Purpose:<br /> Core Responsibilities<br /> 1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.<br /> 2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.<br /> 3. Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment.<br /> 4. Searching resumes through web portals, referrals, advertisements and campus drives.<br /> 5. Handling end-to-end recruitment activities &ndash; starting from Hiring Requisition, Job Postings, Bulk Emailing,<br /> Talent Sourcing, Pre-Screening, Assessment, Interviews Coordination, Offer Management and On-Boarding<br /> process for the assigned hiring.<br /> 6. Handling end-to-end recruitment activities &ndash; starting from Hiring Requisition, Job Postings, Bulk Emailing,<br /> Talent Sourcing, Pre-Screening, Assessment, Interviews Coordination, Offer Management and On-Boarding<br /> process for the assigned hiring.<br /> 7. Conducting initial talent screening and launching of assessments.<br /> 8. Sourcing and shortlisting CVs through internal databank, job portal, consultant and reference etc. based on<br /> approved manpower budget/requisition form and JD of the position.<br /> 9. Conducting behavioural-based phone interviews, video conferences and/or in-person interviews for pre-screen<br /> candidates.<br /> 10. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and candidates.<br /> 11. Conducting campus drives and mass recruitment.<br /> 12. Follow up with selected candidates for joining date and other requirements.<br /> 13. Managing a team of recruiters and reporting to the Associate General Manager.<br /> 14. Preparing role-based Job description for each function<br /> 15. Advertising / Posting of vacancies in social media like Linked In, Naukri, and other Job Portals<br /> 16. Searching for suitable profiles in the Naukri portal<br /> 17. Coordinating with consultancies to get suitable profiles<br /> 18. Providing suitable resumes against vacancies to the concerned authority for shortlisting<br /> 19. coordinating with division/depts and arranging interviews<br /> 20. Taking care of documentation of interview candidates<br /> 21. Taking care of travel reimbursements of interview candidates<br /> 22. Salary negotiation, collecting documents like the last three months&rsquo; Payslips/Appraisal letters/bank statements<br /> 23. Reference checking by calling and mailing and preparation of reference check note and submission to Head HR<br /> 24. Preparation of manpower approval note and getting CEO approval<br /> 25. Releasing the offer letter and following up with the candidate till joining<br /> 26. Coordinating with admin department for new employee requirements like accommodation, food, transport etc.,<br /> 27. Preparing to join the announcement within the Organisation<br /> 28. Obtain necessary approvals and follow up with the accounts department for timely payment of Recruitment<br /> support empanelled consultancy Invoices and ensure processing on time<br /> 29. Maintaining recruitment MIS and profile data bank with function-wise and Riole-wise<br /> 30. Providing recruitment status inputs for MRM<br /> 31. Searching/developing alternatives for consultancies<br /> 32. Participating in Off-campus and job fairs as per the Business requirement<br /> Experience, Education, Qualification, and Special Training<br /> Graduate/ Postgraduate / MBA-HR / MSW / PGDB / any, with relevant Core HR Function working experience.<br /> Should have 5 to 10 years of Relevant Experience with Manufacturing / Process Industries<br /> Experience in HR-related ERPs like SAP-HR/Saral/Keka/Facto-HR/Any Payroll ERP/ Smart Office/ESS, etc.<br /> Age: Between 30 to 45 Years</div>
