Job Summary

The Pitch Deck Creator will work closely with the founder of Svastya to develop a compelling presentation that encapsulates the company's mission, products, and market traction. This role is pivotal in preparing materials for various stakeholders, including incubators, grant committees, investors, and corporate partners, ensuring that the visual storytelling aligns with the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder to understand Svastya’s mission, products, and traction.
• Translate this information into a compelling pitch deck (10–15 slides).
• Conduct basic research to validate market size, competition, and business model.
• Create visual storytelling that emphasizes social impact, focusing on women farmers, soil regeneration, and wellness transformation.
• Align the deck with the target audience, tailoring it for incubators, grant committees, investors, or corporate partners.
• Suggest a financial layout, providing guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating startup pitch decks for D2C, wellness, agri-tech, or social enterprises.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
• Strong design skills using Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Pitch.com.
• Familiarity with business concepts such as Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM), revenue model, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Understanding of fundraising processes, grant formats, and early-stage incubator requirements.
• Bonus: Knowledge of organic farming, Ayurveda, or sustainability sectors.
