• Having an innovative approach, ability to understand the prospective needs of the market<br /> and develop business opportunities<br /> • Should have skills for technical presentation and commercial negotiation<br /> • Meeting Individual Clients, Architects/Interior designers, developers for getting new<br /> business for the company<br /> • Involving in detailing and discussing with architects/clients for the scope of work<br /> • Coordinating and getting the layouts and Shop drawings approved by the clients/<br /> Architects<br /> • Managing sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities<br /> • Handling the sales process starts from pre-sales approaches to after-sales services<br /> • Should have good contacts in the industry and market to be used for business generation<br /> and growth<br /> • Forecasting Sales Targets for the team as well as individual<br /> • Should have high Business Acumen<br /> • Pro-active planner and executor<br /> • Ability to work under a defined timeline to deliver<br /> • Approach to developing & maintain Networking & Contacts<br /> • Team Management keep healthy & professional relation with the store team &<br /> management<br />
