Job Summary

The Business Analyst will leverage their expertise in requirement analysis and the software development life cycle (SDLC) to coordinate with the Product team. They will draft requirements and provide crucial input for the development and testing teams while analyzing and writing story requirements. The role focuses on website content management using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the entire functional team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Draft requirements for the Website Content Management and catalog experience based on application functionality.
• Investigate and analyze issues to clearly distinguish problems in applications and identify root causes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodologies by attending Scrum meetings and taking ownership of assigned modules.
• Test web applications against system and specification requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to identify problems and document them in a detailed manner that supports resolution.
• Produce periodic status and operational reports to communicate progress and issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years total experience, with at least 3+ years as a Business Analyst focused significantly on Content Management Systems (CMS) within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) (Mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end CMS cycle for international clients.
• Confident and innovative thinker capable of providing creative solutions.
• Extensive experience with various business and analytical tools.
• Background in the E-Commerce domain, particularly in handling international clients and brands.
• Proficient in Site-Merchandise to manage updates through SFCC CMS.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and various software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mid-sized to large website projects.
• Good working knowledge of software testing methodologies.

Experience

• Required: A minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically with SFCC CMS.
• Candidates without SFCC experience should have at least 5 years of experience in alternative CMS platforms.

• Mode: Work from office
• Shift Timings: 3 PM – 12 AM IST

Salary

• Budget: 8 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
