Oracle Subscriptions Management Cloud Lead

Job Summary

The Oracle Subscriptions Management Cloud Lead will be responsible for collaborating with Business Analysts, Global Delivery Leads, and development team members to implement Oracle Cloud solutions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Subscriptions Revenue Management. This role involves understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation process to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support the Subscriptions and Revenue Management module in Oracle Cloud ERP production systems.
  • Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and map them to Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
  • Engage with business users across multiple business units, ensuring effective articulation of business goals and processes to drive technology solutions.
  • Perform system configurations, create technical and functional design documents, and develop/document test scripts.
  • Conduct requirement/design workshops, manage and run conference room pilots, and facilitate user testing and training.
  • Coordinate with onshore functional and technical teams for all project deliverables during different phases of the implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of implementation/support experience with Oracle ERP Applications.
  • At least 2 Oracle Subscriptions Cloud implementations, serving as the Subscriptions lead functional consultant.
  • Excellent functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Subscriptions Cloud and Revenue Management Cloud.
  • Proficient in Oracle Fusion Pricing and Installed Base.
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ and Order Management Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS Extensions, utilizing Groovy, Algorithms, and Application Composer.
  • Knowledge of integrations with Accounts Receivables, Revenue Management, Order Management, and CPQ.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Finance modules, specifically General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), and Revenue Management.
  • Proficient in REST APIs and Integration Cloud.
  • Knowledgeable about Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, and Reports.
  • Ability to configure Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups.
  • Knowledge of configuring SLA rules and Oracle SCM areas like Order Management, Pricing, and Product Management.
  • Strong consulting skills and business analytical skills for gathering/documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analyses, and conducting user training.
