timelines, procurement coordination,
and packaging development
Create technical dossiers outlining
benefits, claims, and product
performance data
Support and audit customer experience
consultations and product queries to
ensure strong product education and
feedback loops

Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in research,
consulting, strategy, or related roles
Strong strategic and execution skills
Strong interest in beauty, personal care,
and consumer product innovation
Ability to translate technical details into
consumer-facing narratives
Highly organized with strong project
management ability

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-
ownership environments

Strong communication and problem-
solving skills
