The role involves developing engaging, visually appealing, effective content that builds a strong connection with our target audience and enhances overall user experience, both off and on app.</b></p> &nbsp; <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Responsibilities:</b></p> <ol> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our target audience, the brand&rsquo;s vision and current business goals.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Conduct regular research on industry trends, fashion trends, user preferences, user interests, user pain points, social media trends, emerging technologies, to develop insights that can inform content development and ensure relevancy and freshness.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Develop an editorial calendar and oversee the content creation process and effectively collaborate with internal and external teams, including designers, UI/ UX, photographers, videographers, influencers to ensure high quality and compelling content is delivered on time.&nbsp;</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Edit, proofread, and revise content to ensure quality, clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Collaborate with customer support to address user feedback, inquiries, and content-related issues promptly and effectively.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve discoverability and organic traffic to the app.&nbsp;</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement content optimization strategies.</b></p> </li> </ol> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Requirements:</b></p> <ol> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">2 to 4 years of experience, preferably as a content creator/ manager.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Previous experience and/ knowledge of social media analytics platforms and tools.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Keen sense of aesthetics and interest in the fashion category would help.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Understanding of the cultural context and influences of urban Gen Z women.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Highly creative, with a hunger for growth.</b></p> </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-d5518ae9-7fff-b931-6e78-4a9f6cad8fd9">Collaborative and team oriented mindset.</b></p> </li> </ol>
