Azure AI Chatbot Developer Agent

Job Summary

The Azure AI Chatbot Developer Agent will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent chatbot solutions using Microsoft Azure’s suite of cognitive services and AI tools. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging, responsive, and scalable chatbot experiences that enhance customer interactions and streamline internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Chatbots: Architect and implement chatbot solutions using Azure Bot Service, Cognitive Services, and related Azure AI tools.
• Integration: Integrate chatbot functionalities with backend systems and third-party APIs to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct thorough testing to validate performance, reliability, and user experience before deploying to production environments.
• Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor chatbot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance functionality and user engagement.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across development, UX/UI design, and business teams to align chatbot capabilities with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Bot Service and Cognitive Services.
• Experience in programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and service integrations.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with conversational design and user experience optimization.
• Familiarity with additional Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning and Logic Apps.
• Previous experience in deploying production-level AI and chatbot projects.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud-based applications.

Experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing chatbot solutions using Azure AI tools.
• Relevant experience in programming, service integration, and deployment of cloud-based applications.
• Prior exposure to agile project management and collaborative development environments is a plus.
