Job Summary

The Oracle EBS Technical role involves working closely with both business and technical teams to develop and maintain Oracle custom code and interfaces, ensuring alignment with business requirements. This position is essential in designing efficient program units within the Oracle E-Business Suite and contributes to the organization's goals through effective implementation of functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Work from the customer office in the Delhi/NCR region, collaborating directly with stakeholders.
• Understand and leverage the Oracle Apps and E-Business Suite architecture, including table structures, to design efficient program units.
• Develop and maintain Oracle custom code and interfaces for Oracle Forms-based applications.
• Create PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers based on business logic and UI events.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to formulate suitable technical designs addressing business requirements.
• Document technical designs and annotate the development process thoroughly.
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing, ensuring compatibility with other custom components and the larger Oracle application.
• Apply knowledge of Shell scripting, Java, SQL tuning, and design of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience in RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions).
• Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports (BI/XML/RDF), Oracle Workflow, and Oracle RDBMS.
• Sound understanding of performance tuning and APPS data model.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules, particularly AP, AR, GL, FA, INV, OM.
• Excellent business process and requirement analysis skills.
• Solid communication skills to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with application design patterns and coding standards specific to Oracle environments.
• Experience with Oracle EBS versions R12 and 11i.
• Knowledge of designing OAF pages.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Java.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical roles.

Environment

• The position will be a hybrid work environment, primarily requiring presence at the customer office located in Gurgaon.

Salary

• The estimated salary for this role is 1.8 Lakhs per annum.
