Project Manager – Execution Systems & Team Operations

At Habuild, we believe great companies are built on clarity of execution, disciplined workflows, and strong operational systems. As our organization scales, we are building a central Work OS that ensures every team operates with clarity, transparency, and speed.

We are looking for a Project Manager who becomes the execution backbone of this system. You will work directly with the Process Architect to ensure that projects across the company are structured, tracked, and delivered effectively.

What You’ll Own

1. Drive Structured Execution Across Teams

   Ensure projects are clearly planned, structured, and tracked. Maintain clarity around deliverables, ownership, and timelines. Help teams execute faster by removing operational friction.

2. Champion Our Work OS

   Ensure teams actually use the systems we build. Monitor adherence to workflows and project structures. Support teams in translating real work into systemized execution. Experiment with AI-led solutions to ease and/or clarify workflows that span different teams and tools

3. Build Best-in-Class Marketing Project Management

   Partner closely with the Marketing team in Gurgaon. Ensure campaigns, launches, and initiatives are managed with exemplary project discipline. Bring structure to campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.

4. Maintain Execution Visibility

   Ensure leadership always has clarity on:

    What is moving
    What is stuck
    What is at risk
   

   Maintain dashboard reliability and project visibility within ClickUp.

5. Coordinate Across Teams

   Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. Identify dependencies early and ensure smooth collaboration.
