If you or someone you know has, </b></p>

<b id="docs-internal-guid-f64c64f1-7fff-cd15-ec36-e764781f01c6">· Strong understanding of C&B policies, job evaluation, performance management, annual review cycle, etc.<br />
· Designed and managed incentive programs, rewards, and prepared decks for NRC meetings.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f64c64f1-7fff-cd15-ec36-e764781f01c6">· Proven expertise in conducting benchmarking studies to evaluate the organization's C&B offerings.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-f64c64f1-7fff-cd15-ec36-e764781f01c6">· 10+ years of experience in a C&B role is a must with an MBA from a top-tier institute.</b></p>
