Job Summary

The Sr. ServiceNow Developer will engage with clients to capture business requirements and translate those into effective ServiceNow configurations and workflows. This role is critical in ensuring that the ServiceNow platform meets the strategic needs of the organization, driving efficiency and supporting overall business goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to capture and document business requirements.
• Translate functional needs into ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
• Provide expertise across the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules.
• Facilitate third-party integrations using Web Services, Service Graph Connectors, and Database Connectors.
• Prepare user stories and support agile ceremonies.
• Assist in testing, training, and change management activities.
• Liaise effectively between technical teams and business users.
• Provide assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Experience with form design, business rules, workflows, and catalog items.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required.
• Familiarity with agile methodology and project management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced scripting and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow certifications or modules.

Experience

• Ideally, 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
