MS Intune Expert

Job Summary

The MS Intune Expert will be responsible for deploying and configuring Microsoft Intune tenants according to customer requirements. This role is crucial for ensuring effective device management and application protection, contributing to the organization's overall IT security and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure MS Intune Tenant based on customer specifications.
• Manage Windows Device Enrollment and publish company portals for mobile applications and Windows devices.
• Configure application protection policies and manage Azure Active Directory (AD) / Hybrid AD joined devices with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access enabled.
• Implement Configuration Profiles and Compliance Policies, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
• Provide expert-level management of Windows update deployments through Intune, developing best practices and monitoring deployment metrics.
• Streamline deployment workflows to enhance the efficiency of update rollouts and address any anomalies or issues.
• Configure Mobile Device Policies, Restrictions, Enrollments, and manage Mobile Device and Application Management solutions.
• Develop automated solutions for subscriptions and licenses, including Apple APN certificate management, and coordinate with mobile device vendors for any device-related issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Windows Auto Pilot, Windows Hello for Business, Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), and Azure ATP.
• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Management Solutions (EMS) for access and data protection management.
• Strong understanding of Intune management for Windows 10 and configuration for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and Corporate Owned devices (Apple Device Enrollment Program/Apple Business Manager).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze deployment metrics.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Intune or related technologies are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management, specifically with Microsoft Intune and device management solutions.

Environment

• This position is based in Bangalore and requires in-office work.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,700,000 per annum.
