optimizer (PBO). Founded in 1995 and based in Birmingham, AL with team
members across the United States, RxBenefits is a growing team of more than
900 pharmacy pricing, contract, service, technology, data, and clinical experts
that work together as one team towards one common goal: putting the benefit
back in pharmacy benefits.
Position Title: Human Resources Generalist ( Sr. Consultant - Human
Resources)
Band/ Grade: RXBIN-1
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Sr. Director- Human Resources
Location: Hyderabad Office
Job Type : Onsite / Hybrid
Work Hours: 10 am – 7pm IST (with some communication after hours with US)
Salary Range: 10 – 16 lakhs pa (Total CTC)
Duties &Responsibilities:
End-to-End HR Management for RxBenefits Global Operations team
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring a
seamless and positive experience for all employees.
Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
candidates.

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing HR-
related inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues to maintain a positive work
environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Mastersdegree in human resources, Business Administration,
or related field.
4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on end-to-end HR
management.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
HRIS experience as administrator role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
