Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager
Reporting to – AGM – Business (Ecom and Retail)
Reportees – Digital Team
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing
Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital
channels.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Instagram/Facebook ads, display advertising
campaigns.
• Marketing database via email, SMS, WhatsApp and any other channels
• Manage native & programmatic platforms for maximum ROI.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI
and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, photoshoots & collection launches
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where
appropriate.
• Liaise between ecommerce and marketing on daily basis to increase marketing efforts.
• Support ecommerce team with analytic reviews, monitor site KPI’s and prepare weekly status
updated.
• Track performance of all online campaigns
• Monitor market and digital space and present new marketing ideas.
• Develop and maintain schedule of all Digital sales and promotions.
• Responsible for reporting, campaign measurement and developing success metrics by channel
and artist
• Coordinate cross-marketing efforts with other divisions in Live Nation and Ticketmaster by
developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal divisions (touring, social,
email, tour marketing)
• Generate awareness and driving high-quality traffic to our site to increase leads and sales.
• Create, manage, and oversee the Careers blog editorial calendar.
Requirements:
• 5-6 Years of Retail performance Marketing experience
• P& L understanding
• Scaled campaigns profitably.
• Maintain a healthy blended ROAS of 5-6 X ++
• Experience of managing a monthly ad spend of INR 50 Lacs+
• Experience with platforms like Shopify and Magento.
• Experience with tools like Klaviyo, SMS Bump, Smile,io and so on
• Excellent with Microsoft excel & other data mining platforms.
• Worked with fashion brands with successful growth record.
• Excellent attention to detail and desire to learn new technologies and trends a must.
• Significant exposure/daily management of social media (Weibo, WeChat)
• Well-rounded negotiation skills (such as bloggers, affiliates)
• Familiar with KOL, fashion bloggers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and master’s degree in marketing/ Digital Marketing from top institute.
