<div>Reporting to – AGM – Business (Ecom and Retail)<br />
Reportees – Digital Team<br />
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing<br />
Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital<br />
channels.<br />
Responsibilities:<br />
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Instagram/Facebook ads, display advertising<br />
campaigns.<br />
• Marketing database via email, SMS, WhatsApp and any other channels<br />
• Manage native & programmatic platforms for maximum ROI.<br />
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI<br />
and KPIs)<br />
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights<br />
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, photoshoots & collection launches<br />
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests<br />
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience<br />
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple<br />
channels and customer touch points<br />
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.<br />
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.<br />
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where<br />
appropriate.<br />
• Liaise between ecommerce and marketing on daily basis to increase marketing efforts.<br />
• Support ecommerce team with analytic reviews, monitor site KPI’s and prepare weekly status<br />
updated.<br />
• Track performance of all online campaigns<br />
• Monitor market and digital space and present new marketing ideas.<br />
• Develop and maintain schedule of all Digital sales and promotions.<br />
• Responsible for reporting, campaign measurement and developing success metrics by channel<br />
and artist<br />
• Coordinate cross-marketing efforts with other divisions in Live Nation and Ticketmaster by<br />
developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal divisions (touring, social,<br />
email, tour marketing)<br />
• Generate awareness and driving high-quality traffic to our site to increase leads and sales.<br />
• Create, manage, and oversee the Careers blog editorial calendar.</div>
<div>Requirements:<br />
• 5-6 Years of Retail performance Marketing experience<br />
• P& L understanding<br />
• Scaled campaigns profitably.<br />
• Maintain a healthy blended ROAS of 5-6 X ++<br />
• Experience of managing a monthly ad spend of INR 50 Lacs+<br />
• Experience with platforms like Shopify and Magento.<br />
• Experience with tools like Klaviyo, SMS Bump, Smile,io and so on<br />
• Excellent with Microsoft excel & other data mining platforms.<br />
• Worked with fashion brands with successful growth record.<br />
• Excellent attention to detail and desire to learn new technologies and trends a must.<br />
• Significant exposure/daily management of social media (Weibo, WeChat)<br />
• Well-rounded negotiation skills (such as bloggers, affiliates)<br />
• Familiar with KOL, fashion bloggers</div>
<div>Qualifications:<br />
Bachelor’s and master’s degree in marketing/ Digital Marketing from top institute.</div>
