<div>Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager</div> <div>Reporting to &ndash; AGM &ndash; Business (Ecom and Retail)<br /> Reportees &ndash; Digital Team<br /> If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing<br /> Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital<br /> channels.<br /> Responsibilities:<br /> &bull; Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Instagram/Facebook ads, display advertising<br /> campaigns.<br /> &bull; Marketing database via email, SMS, WhatsApp and any other channels<br /> &bull; Manage native &amp; programmatic platforms for maximum ROI.<br /> &bull; Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI<br /> and KPIs)<br /> &bull; Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights<br /> &bull; Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, photoshoots &amp; collection launches<br /> &bull; Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests<br /> &bull; Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience<br /> &bull; Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple<br /> channels and customer touch points<br /> &bull; Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.<br /> &bull; Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.<br /> &bull; Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where<br /> appropriate.<br /> &bull; Liaise between ecommerce and marketing on daily basis to increase marketing efforts.<br /> &bull; Support ecommerce team with analytic reviews, monitor site KPI&rsquo;s and prepare weekly status<br /> updated.<br /> &bull; Track performance of all online campaigns<br /> &bull; Monitor market and digital space and present new marketing ideas.<br /> &bull; Develop and maintain schedule of all Digital sales and promotions.<br /> &bull; Responsible for reporting, campaign measurement and developing success metrics by channel<br /> and artist<br /> &bull; Coordinate cross-marketing efforts with other divisions in Live Nation and Ticketmaster by<br /> developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal divisions (touring, social,<br /> email, tour marketing)<br /> &bull; Generate awareness and driving high-quality traffic to our site to increase leads and sales.<br /> &bull; Create, manage, and oversee the Careers blog editorial calendar.</div> <div>Requirements:<br /> &bull; 5-6 Years of Retail performance Marketing experience<br /> &bull; P&amp; L understanding<br /> &bull; Scaled campaigns profitably.<br /> &bull; Maintain a healthy blended ROAS of 5-6 X ++<br /> &bull; Experience of managing a monthly ad spend of INR 50 Lacs+<br /> &bull; Experience with platforms like Shopify and Magento.<br /> &bull; Experience with tools like Klaviyo, SMS Bump, Smile,io and so on<br /> &bull; Excellent with Microsoft excel &amp; other data mining platforms.<br /> &bull; Worked with fashion brands with successful growth record.<br /> &bull; Excellent attention to detail and desire to learn new technologies and trends a must.<br /> &bull; Significant exposure/daily management of social media (Weibo, WeChat)<br /> &bull; Well-rounded negotiation skills (such as bloggers, affiliates)<br /> &bull; Familiar with KOL, fashion bloggers</div> <div>Qualifications:<br /> Bachelor&rsquo;s and master&rsquo;s degree in marketing/ Digital Marketing from top institute.</div>
