Job Description Content Creator & Director - Video Ads Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: In-Office Location: Gurugram Work Level: Mission Own the creative direction and hands-on execution of high-performing video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) that drive measurable conversions and scale. About the Role This is a critical, high-impact role that will define the success and direction of the company’s paid ads. It is not a brand or YouTube production role and not a review-only leadership role. The Content Creator & Director will work as a strong individual contributor, actively writing scripts, sourcing creators, directing shoots, and guiding editors to produce performance-driven ads. Full-time video editor(s) will report to you, while actors and camera person will work on a freelance basis. Scope In scope: Meta paid video ads (UGC-style, direct-response, performance creatives) Out of scope: YouTube long-form content, brand films, organic content Key Responsibilities ● Creative Direction: Own and define the creative strategy for Meta paid ads ● Research & Insights: Analyze winning ad trends, hooks, formats, and consumer psychology ● Scriptwriting (Core): Personally write conversion-focused ad scripts with strong hooks and retention ● Casting & Sourcing: Source, shortlist, and manage creators/actors for ads ● Production & Direction: Direct shoots and ensure footage aligns with performance goals ● Editing Leadership: Manage video editors, create clear briefs, and drive fast iterations ● Performance Optimization: Track Hook Rate, CTR, Hold Rate, ROAS and iterate creatives based on data What Will Help You Win ● Strong performance marketing mindset ● Proven ability to create ads that convert, not just look good ● Comfort owning both strategy and execution ● Bias for speed, experimentation, and learning Requirements ● Portfolio of high-performing Meta video ads ● Strong scriptwriting and creative execution skills ● Deep understanding of Meta ad formats and UGC-style content Education: No bar Age: No bar
