<div>Position Talent Acquisition Manssager<br />
Brief</div>
<div>Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding<br />
employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization. Must<br />
ensure that current employees are satisfied in their positions and promote<br />
the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.</div>
<div>Reports to</div>
<div>COO</div>
<div>Job Responsibility</div>
<div>• Handling a team of HR Professionals for recruitment.<br />
• Managing the hiring process, from creating job descriptions and<br />
posting job ads to interviewing candidates and making hiring<br />
decisions.<br />
• Overseeing the orientation process for new hires and organizing<br />
training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance<br />
with company policies.<br />
• Finding candidates for open positions and evaluating their strengths<br />
and weaknesses.<br />
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri,<br />
and other professional networks<br />
• Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep<br />
a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly<br />
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the<br />
requirements for each position<br />
• Handling employee relations, addressing issues such as grievances,<br />
performance management, and disciplinary actions.<br />
• Developing employee engagement strategies and developing<br />
employee surveys.<br />
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs,<br />
portfolios, and references<br />
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong<br />
candidate pipeline<br />
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including<br />
interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key<br />
stakeholders<br />
• Working with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external<br />
partners</div>
<div>Qualification and<br />
Experience</div>
<div>• Must have fluency in English (written and verbal)<br />
• Proven experience of 3+ years minimum in recruitment function<br />
• Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational<br />
skills<br />
• MBA is a must-have for this role.<br />
• Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not<br />
limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</div>

• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<br />
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills<br />
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal<br />
relationships at all levels of the company</div>

Timings</div>
<div>• Monday to Saturday<br />
• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM<br />
• 2<br />
nd and 4th Saturday off</div>
