.Net Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

The .Net Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering successful projects through effective project management and deep technical expertise in .Net frameworks. This role requires synchronizing cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget while aligning with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of .Net-based projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Team Management: Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that all technical and non-technical resources are effectively utilized.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early on and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with best practices.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in .Net frameworks and software development.
• Project Management Experience: Over 10 years of progressive experience in managing complex technical projects.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Certification: Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are highly desirable.
• Methodological Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive risk management.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
