<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:14.7pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial MT",sans-serif">Managing Finance activities of the jurisdictions in which Company operates: India</span></span></span></li>
<li style="margin-top:3px; margin-right:66px; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:14.7pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial MT",sans-serif">Setting up the finance processes, resources and managing day to day accounting, including coordination with stakeholders, external advisors and bankers.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="margin-top:3px; margin-right:29px; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:14.7pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial MT",sans-serif">Full responsibility of preparing and managing the Balance sheet and P&L, including <span style="letter-spacing:-.05pt">oversight </span>on Procurements & Accounts Payable processes, Receipts and Accounts receivable processes, Cash flow management, Payroll process, Direct and Indirect taxes, expense processing.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:14.7pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial MT",sans-serif">Development and maintenance of Transfer pricing strategy and cross border transactions</span></span></span></li>
<li style="margin-top:3px; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:14.7pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial MT",sans-serif">Supporting audits and tax returns</span></span></span></li>
<li style="margin-top:3px; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:14.7pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial MT",sans-serif">Managing compliance with regulatory authorities</span></span></span></li>
