Company Overview

Gully Labs is a rapidly growing company specializing in offline retail. They currently operate one flagship store and seven Neighbourhood Brand Outlets (NBOs), with plans to expand to three additional Evolution Outlets (EVOs) and ten new NBOs within the next three months. The overall retail operations team is expected to grow from its current size of 7-8 employees to 30-40 as the company continues to expand.

Job Summary

The Retail Operations Associate will ensure the smooth execution of offline retail operations across all stores. The role is primarily focused on execution tasks rather than planning, coordinating inventory movement, store replenishment, logistics, and hiring. This is essential for facilitating the company’s rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory allocation across offline stores.
• Coordinate stock replenishment based on store requirements.
• Ensure timely movement of inventory from the warehouse to retail outlets.
• Work closely with the dispatch and supply chain teams.
• Coordinate hiring requirements for retail operations.
• Support day-to-day operational execution across all offline stores.
• Ensure smooth functioning of new store launches and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant retail operations experience in the footwear or related industries.
• Strong operational mindset with experience managing multiple retail locations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management, logistics coordination, and store replenishment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sneaker brands or direct-to-consumer footwear brands is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with traditional footwear manufacturers and footwear retail companies.
• Passion for execution and operational management over strategic planning.

Experience

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in retail operations, with a strong focus on execution.

Environment

• Based in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, the role will require a presence in the flagship store and neighborhood outlets, with a 6-day work week.

Salary

• Budgeted salary range: ₹7 – 10 LPA.
