Qualification: CA is preferred, but exceptionally strong profiles without CA may also be considered.
Experience: 5–9 years.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Core Expertise: Strong AR (Accounts Receivable) experience is essential.
Additional Skills:
Proven experience in finance automation is a must.
Hands-on process automation (inventory, reconciliation, or AR-related).
Audit Exposure:
Must have managed audits with Big 4 firms.
Alternatively, candidates from established startups with audit experience through mid-sized firms can also be considered. (Flexibility allowed here.)
Financial Reporting will be added advantage
Segment - Established Startups like Zomato, Delivery, Porter, Urbanclap etc would be ideal for this role. However can look for Big MNCs if they are have startup and agile mindset
