The Talent Acquisition Role for Industrial Automation is essential in contributing to the India Talent Acquisition team, focusing on attracting and selecting talent for an esteemed client based in Bangalore. This role aims to align sourcing strategies with various recruitment needs while enhancing the employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive activities and engagement with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and work closely with Talent Partners and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop bespoke sourcing strategies.
- Utilise various sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Monitor conversion rates of candidates at various stages (passive candidates - active candidates - interviews - offers - starters) to identify areas for improvement and promote the employer brand online and offline.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Partner in the Engineering, Manufacturing, or Robotics industry (mandatory), preferably in both in-house and agency settings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or HR-related fields.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability to the digital and customer experience-driven talent acquisition landscape.
- Effective time-management abilities.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
