Job Summary

The Marketing Intern will play a pivotal role in growing the studio's presence on social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn. The intern will engage in developing content strategies, analyzing metrics, and implementing effective marketing initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the studio.

Responsibilities

• Grow the studio's Instagram and LinkedIn presence through strategic marketing efforts.
• Pitch weekly content ideas backed by a well-articulated rationale.
• Track metrics such as reach, saves, and engagement, providing insights into the data.
• Take ownership of post scheduling, including what to post, when to post, and how to present the content.
• Maintain a content calendar that is actively followed and utilized.
• Deliver measurable results including follower and reach growth, content strategy documentation, and weekly engagement reports.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics related to social media performance.
• Excellent communication skills and creativity.
• Familiarity with content calendar management and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Any stream, any year, with freshers welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design tools or social media management software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and social media best practices.

Experience

No specific prior experience is required; however, candidates must have a minimum of 1.5 months of active contribution to qualify for benefits.

Environment

This is a remote internship that allows flexibility while contributing to the studio's marketing goals.

Salary

The stipend is performance-based and tied directly to achieved results.
