Technical capabilities : · UNIX commands required for BAU · Ability to understand the shell scripts and perform basic automation scripting · Ability to create SQL queries as needed, also to understand the application logic referring to PLSQL code · Understanding of APIs & the certificates · To build logic based on Hypercare requirements, excluding complex scenarios that may require engineering/PMT assistance. · Tools & Services used in the release management/deployment process · Understanding of Azure architecture Operational capabilities : · Good knowledge of ITSM processes and their significance · Technical and functional understanding of the platform & services being offered to customers · Login to Database(Read-Only as applicable) for analysing the WOs getting received from Customer/Internal stakeholders · Ability to log in to the application server and execute BAU/Networking commands, as well as understanding the use cases of directories created in service containers · What actions to be taken when an alert is triggered · What & How to analyse transaction failures/TRT scenarios, and initiate discussions with vendors/customers as needed · How & What to validate the platform during release deployments/platform activities like upgrades/DR failover & fallback · How to validate the daily/monthly batch & report processing · Communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed Must Have : Passionate IT professional, with 6 - 8 years of total experience and a minimum of 5 years in Application Support, Excellent understanding of SDLC, Incident, Problem and Change Management experience. Good To Have : Payment Domain Knowledge, ISO8583 knowledge, Fair for Business analysis for the applications supported, Exposure to Cloud Interpersonal Knowledge and Skills: • Strong verbal communication is a must • Ability to independently dig into and solve problems across a wide range of technologies and services • Ability to work effectively with teammates in a highly collaborative environment • Ability to clearly and articulately communicate ideas to stakeholders and teammates • Experience working in an Agile environment in a team setting
