Key Responsibilities:<br /> ● Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to<br /> develop comprehensive B2B PLG marketing strategies aligned with business<br /> objectives and target market segments.<br /> ● Customer Segmentation: Conduct research to identify and understand key B2B<br /> customer segments, their pain points, and preferences to tailor marketing initiatives<br /> effectively.<br /> ● Product-Led Onboarding: Design and optimize product-led onboarding experiences<br /> for B2B customers, leveraging self-service resources, tutorials, and in-product guides<br /> to drive activation and adoption.<br /> ● User Acquisition: Implement innovative tactics to drive inbound lead generation,<br /> including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and referral programs, with a<br /> focus on leveraging product-led growth principles.<br /> ● Conversion Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize conversion funnels,<br /> user flows, and touchpoints to improve conversion rates and drive scalable growth.<br /> ● Retention Strategies: Develop and execute retention strategies to increase<br /> customer lifetime value (CLV), reduce churn, and drive upsell and cross-sell<br /> opportunities through personalised communications and engagement initiatives.<br /> ● Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to<br /> track the effectiveness of B2B PLG marketing initiatives, and provide regular<br /> reporting and insights to stakeholders.<br /> ● Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and<br /> emerging technologies in the Web3 space, and translate insights into actionable<br /> recommendations for the team.
