Internal Account Management:
Manage and deepen relationships with key accounts (banks, national distributors, wealth platforms)
Develop account-specific strategies to increase wallet share and product penetration
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales of Mutual Funds and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs) across assigned accounts
Achieve AUM growth and gross sales through focused engagement and cross-selling
Partner Enablement & Training:
Conduct regular product training, investment huddles, and knowledge sessions
Address objections and enhance partner confidence and sales effectiveness
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations)
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate MIS and sales reports
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal policies
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Willingness to travel for client and partner engagements

Marketing, Product, Operations
External Stakeholders:
National Distributors, Regional Distributors, Private Wealth Firms, Banks
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
NISM VA certification is mandatory
Minimum 10 years total experience, with at least 5 years in managing organized accounts in asset management or financial services
Proven record of driving sales through banks, wealth managers, or national distributors
