Job Description

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting and Compliance: Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulations.
Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and liquidity, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement robust control measures.
Audit and Taxation: Collaborate with external auditors and manage tax compliance processes.
Strategic Financial Guidance: Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team

contributing to overall business strategy.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to drive

efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibility for ensuring the integrity of Sales Reporting data and for following procedures and controls such that information is relevant and timely.
Providing timely and accurate response to queries from the Business Unit

Ensure all risk and control policies are adhered to and any discrepancies reported to Line Manager
Controlling Sales and Contribution Margin (CM), overall control versus targets
Participate and Coordinate in Annual Operating Plan
Monitoring performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analyses across

all P&L lines between actuals, budget, latest forecast and prior year by customer and brand
Drive and organize corporate planning and quarterly forecast exercises for both customers

and brands
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes, Corporate reporting

requirements and policies
Talent Development Coach, manage and develop staff to ensure role expectations are clear

and understood

Independent experience of IPO and ensuring compliance for listed companies
Substantial experience in corporate transactions like equity, debt raising, and also corporate

actions like bonuses, buy-back, etc. with an in-depth knowledge of cap table and ESOPs

Qualifications:

CA + CS with 5-10 years of experience.
Proven experience as a Financial Controller in high-growth environments, preferably in

building material or construction industries.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
