The Gen AI Lead/Architect will be responsible for architecting and designing scalable, robust, and efficient generative AI systems and solutions that align with business objectives. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 9 to 15 years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence, with a strong focus on generative AI.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in the design and development of generative AI models and systems.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale AI system deployments.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance in AI.

Experience

9 to 15 years of relevant experience in artificial intelligence, specifically within generative AI.

Environment

The position is based in Hyderabad, India, with a full-time work schedule from 9:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST. The work setting may involve collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring activities in a dynamic environment.

Salary

Estimated salary range is 40 to 45 LPA.
