Job Summary

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will own all revenue-generating activities for the company. The primary goal is to scale the company from $20M Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to $50M within the next 12 months, and then to over $200M in the subsequent 24-36 months. This role includes leadership of four parallel go-to-market (GTM) motions across the US and EU, targeting a total addressable market (TAM) of 100,000+ accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Management: Develop and scale enterprise sales strategies in the US and India, managing large accounts that involve C-suite and private equity stakeholders.
  • Inside Sales Scaling: Oversee the 60+ person inside sales team in India, enhancing close rates while expanding the team to 100+ and improving funnel instrumentation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and build strategic industry partnerships in the US, including the creation of a certification playbook and a joint go-to-market model.
  • Channel Partnerships Development: Expand channel partnerships to contribute approximately 30% of new ARR, which includes managing the partner economic model and program operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Over 10 years of B2B SaaS revenue leadership, including 3+ years as CRO or Senior Vice President of Sales.
    • Proven track record of scaling a company from $20M to $100M+ ARR.
    • Experience in both enterprise and high-velocity inside sales motions within a single organization.
    • Operating experience in the US within a vertical SaaS context (industries like restaurant, construction, healthcare, etc.).
    • Leadership experience in a revenue organization split between India and the US.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building platform certification programs or large-account partnerships at scale.
  • Familiarity with navigating through Series B and Series C phases in a vertical SaaS company.
  • Background in delivering AI-native products to non-tech industries.

Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years in relevant revenue leadership positions, with specific emphasis on SaaS environments.

Environment

  • Location: Primarily based in India, with a 40-50% travel requirement to the US, including extended stays in target US markets.
