Job Description

Key Responsibilities: � � Order Management & Fulfillment ● Oversee order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries ● Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory dispatch and returns ● Optimize packaging, shipping SLAs, and courier partnerships � � Inventory Management ● Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage reordering cycles ● Minimize stockouts, overstocking, and deadstock ● Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy across platforms � � Platform Operations ● Maintain backend operations of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento ● Ensure correct product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and metadata ● Troubleshoot technical or integration issues (ERP/WMS/payment gateways) � � Performance Tracking & Reporting ● Track KPIs like order processing time, shipping delays, returns rate, and NPS ● Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in operations ● Generate weekly and monthly reports on operational performance � � Customer Experience & Support ● Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve post-purchase issues ● Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed efficiently ● Implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn � � Process Improvement & Automation ● Identify and implement tools or systems to automate and scale operations ● Develop SOPs for all e-commerce operations ● Partner with tech or product teams for backend efficiency enhancements Requirements: ● 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain/logistics in a D2C setup ● Strong understanding of backend operations on platforms like Shopify/Magento ● Familiarity with tools like BIK, Shiprocket, or similar OMS/WMS ● Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic dashboards ● Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills
