Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications using Java and related technologies, including REST API development and database management with MongoDB and MySQL. Your contributions will play a crucial role in achieving the organization's goals by enhancing our software solutions and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, reliable, and reusable Java code.
• Develop and maintain applications using Spring Boot and ensure optimal performance.
• Write complex SQL queries for data management and retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and usability.
• Conduct performance testing using JMeter and ensure application reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Java, with experience in developing web applications.
• Strong understanding of the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (specifically MongoDB and MySQL).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as Java.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.

Experience

• 1 year of experience in Java development.

• The position is based in Bangalore and may involve hybrid working conditions, depending on company policies.

Salary

• CTC: 12-18 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
