About the Company
Adventum Student Living intends to build a cutting-edge, technology based platform to
provide end-to-end solutions for students & aims to fulfil their study abroad dreams. Since
the inception of the company; we have gathered a staggering 4.5 rating on Glassdoor and
raised a funding of USD 5 Million in March, 2022.
We started this journey back in 2019 with UniAcco; through which we aspire to ignite a
global prop-tech revolution by bringing together students and property managers from all
over the world on a single, cross-border platform. Since our inception; we have achieved
following milestones:
● 6M Active Users
● 250 Employees
● 100K Students Assisted
Soon after we understood the student challenges a little more & launched UniCreds;
an education loan platform. By partnering with the top lenders globally, we aim to
assist students in acquiring the most competitive education loans at attractive
interest rates. Following are our milestones till date:
● 1.5M Active Users
● 50 Loan Experts
● USD 125+ Mn Loans Disbursed
In Oct 2021, we completed our ecosystem with the launch of UniScholarz; an
end-to-end personalised counselling platform for students. We are an integrated
platform that addresses student needs right from the start of their journey till the end.
In the past year; here are some of the milestones that we have achieved:
● 1M Active Users
● 100 Trusted Counsellors
● 400+ Students Placed
What you will do:
● Working closely with CMO and stakeholders from sales, product, tech and
stakeholders from teams to successfully define, deliver, and execute the performance
strategy
● Developed new ideas for increasing sales by executing grass-root events to assist in
drumming up business and driving marketing programs that are highly targeted basis
content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts
● Building and scaling acquisition programs that target consumers as well as
experience in media planning across a broad online media mix
● Managing all efforts and goals on digital paid media, SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate,
Direct buys, programmatic display etc.
● Determining key metrics, constantly reducing operational costs, optimizing marketing
activities to improve return on investment.
● Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies
● You have managed team members in the past and are excited about growing a team
● Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
What you need to have:
● MBA/ PGDM (IIT & IIM Preferred)
● 6+ Years of experience in Performance Marketing/ growth stage Startups in scale-up
● Experience to achieve ROAS
● Strategic Skills: SEM/ Online Marketing
● Awareness about marketing database, display advertising campaigns, maintaining
social media presence
● Technical Skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC,
email/SMS/affiliate marketing, PPC, and hands-on experience with performance and
social platform
Skills:- Performance Evaluation,Search Engine Marketing (SEM), performance
marketing and digital campaigns
