We are an integrated<br /> platform that addresses student needs right from the start of their journey till the end.<br /> In the past year; here are some of the milestones that we have achieved:<br /> ● 1M Active Users<br /> ● 100 Trusted Counsellors<br /> ● 400+ Students Placed<br /> What you will do:<br /> ● Working closely with CMO and stakeholders from sales, product, tech and<br /> stakeholders from teams to successfully define, deliver, and execute the performance<br /> strategy<br /> ● Developed new ideas for increasing sales by executing grass-root events to assist in<br /> drumming up business and driving marketing programs that are highly targeted basis<br /> content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts<br /> ● Building and scaling acquisition programs that target consumers as well as<br /> experience in media planning across a broad online media mix<br /> ● Managing all efforts and goals on digital paid media, SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate,<br /> Direct buys, programmatic display etc.<br /> ● Determining key metrics, constantly reducing operational costs, optimizing marketing<br /> activities to improve return on investment.<br /> ● Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies<br /> ● You have managed team members in the past and are excited about growing a team<br /> ● Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture<br /> What you need to have:<br /> ● MBA/ PGDM (IIT & IIM Preferred)<br /> ● 6+ Years of experience in Performance Marketing/ growth stage Startups in scale-up<br /> ● Experience to achieve ROAS<br /> ● Strategic Skills: SEM/ Online Marketing<br /> ● Awareness about marketing database, display advertising campaigns, maintaining<br /> social media presence<br /> ● Technical Skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC,<br /> email/SMS/affiliate marketing, PPC, and hands-on experience with performance and<br /> social platform<br /> Skills:- Performance Evaluation,Search Engine Marketing (SEM), performance<br /> marketing and digital campaigns
