You will be responsible for managing end-to-end transport services, shift scheduling, staA management, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily fleet and transport operations at the client site. Manage driver rosters, shift planning, and vehicle allocation. Ensure timely dispatch, route adherence, and operational eAiciency. Handle staA supervision, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination. Maintain vehicle performance logs, fuel records, and service schedules. Coordinate with the client&rsquo;s facilities and transport teams for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety and service standards. Generate and submit daily/weekly MIS reports to internal and client teams.</div> <div>Required Skills and Experience: 5&ndash;8 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle operations, or transport logistics.
