X-Ray Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced X-Ray Sales Specialist to join our medical device distribution team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for selling an FDA and CE-approved ultraportable X-ray device (Remescan). This field-based sales role involves extensive travel to engage with hospitals, radiologists, doctors, biomedical teams, and purchase departments in both private and government sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Actively drive sales of ultraportable X-ray devices.
  • Identify, approach, and convert potential customers within hospitals, diagnostic centers, and biomedical departments.
  • Develop strong relationships with radiologists, doctors, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Ensure sales pipeline growth by effectively handling both private and government accounts.
  • Participate in medical conferences, symposia, and CME-accredited events to build industry presence and generate leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Travel daily for in-person meetings with hospital stakeholders.
  • Work from the office on non-field days.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  • Ensure timely submission of travel expense claims with proper receipts for reimbursement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a medical, sales, or relevant discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in radiology, medical devices, biomedical, or digital health sales.
  • Strong understanding of hospital sales, procurement processes, and government tenders.
  • Must be based in Hyderabad and able to join immediately or within 15 days of the notice period.
  • Prior experience selling X-ray machines, imaging devices, or similar medtech products is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with medical sales representative roles.
  • Proficiency in business development and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong skills in key account development and medical device sales.

Experience

3-5 years in radiology, medical devices, biomedical, or digital health sales.

Environment

This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, requiring daily travel for fieldwork and office work on non-field days. The role involves engaging with hospital stakeholders and attending industry events.

Salary

CTC 12-14 LPA + Variable (Quarterly & Annual)
