Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Business Planning

Define and execute the go-to-market strategy to scale the Assisted Broking model across regions.

Leverage fintech platforms and digital tools to improve partner onboarding, engagement, and productivity.

Drive revenue growth through effective cross-selling of financial products such as loans, insurance, PMS, MF, etc.

Develop quarterly and annual business plans aligned with organizational goals and fintech innovation trends.

 

Franchise & Partner Network Management

Build and nurture a high-performing AP network across geographies.

Own the partner lifecycle—from Revenue enhancement and training to retention and monetization.

Design robust incentive, R&R, and enablement programs to enhance partner output.

Integrate digital tools to provide real-time support and insights to partners.

 

Revenue Ownership & Product Penetration

Deliver on P&L targets and KPIs through tight monitoring of partner performance.

Collaborate with product teams to drive feature adoption and deepen wallet share per client.

Use analytics to identify revenue levers and act on cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Leverage digital campaigns as revenue levers to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and product conversion.
