Job Description
| An excellent opportunity for a Sales Professional having experience in Home care industry who possesses a good understanding of Offline (GT nad MT) business. The roleholder will be responsible for strategizing and driving business expansion into new territories, building & leading a high-performing team across the region. The incumbent would be leading complete sales & distribution and administrative responsibility for the region. |

| Roles and Responsibilities |
| Heading sales operations and customer management for the region and to deliver business plan in line with the growth aspiration of the organization |
| Responsible for planning and achieving monthly sales target for geographies within the region and lead & assist ASMs in delivering Primary and Secondary numbers |
| To plan for network expansion and execute the same through increased retail footprint, and DBR/Channel partner expansion |
| Study market and proactively keep track of competition products, pricing, key activities and new launches through market contact plans for self and team. Assess impact of such activities and coordinate with Central teams to plan and execute responses |
| Identify & effectively implement (in consultation with the HO team) Key initiatives at regional level in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation |
| Design and implement key performance metrix for the team for driving business performance and having the analytical approach towards periodic review of team on these leading and lagging indicators |
| To work with the ASMs and the HR team on recruiting, building and nurturing a performance driven Sales team |
| To work with the Central HR and Training teams in driving capability building initiatives for the Front Line Sales Force and Sales Executives through training programs on Product Knowledge, Selling Skills and others |
| Candidate Profile and Functional Competencies |
| Seasoned sales professionals with experience of working with FMCG/D2C companies operating in Home care/cleaning. Past experience of handling channels viz. Chemist, General Stores and Self Service would be important |
| MBA degree would be preferred |
| The candidate must be adept at sales and distribution planning and should have handled a team in the past and in his current role |
| Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years in General Trade in FMCG as an ASM/RSM is a must |
| Experience of working on Sales digital platforms (SFA & DMS) would be an advantage. The candidate should be able to use data analysis to support business planning and monitor performance |
