Job Description-
Sales:

1. Be well versed in the B2B sales process for dry fruits (raisin, cashew,
pistachio, almonds) and spices (red chilli, black pepper, white pepper,
cardamom, bay leaf).
2. Have relationships with buyers in companies dealing in F&B production,
snacks, spices / food ingredients, re-packers and resellers.
3. Map buyer demand, seasonality, critical buying parameters, spec sheets.
4. Execute the B2B sales plan till CM3 level.
5. Crisis management: troubleshoot day to day issues and close issues timely.
6. Manage AR & AP within agreed TOT.
7. Experience managing a long trading book will be a plus.
Quality:
1. Be aware of product quality in terms of spec sheets.
2. Engage with the supply team to manage the end-to-end supply chain
(storage, transportation, primary processing, and logistics).
3. Be well-versed with procurement maps.
Data
1. Consolidate the global & local crop balance sheets for all commodities in the
portfolio.

2. Prepare market outlook reports on availability, supply channels, demand,
pricing.
3. Manage the P&L of the portfolio & prepare monthly review reports.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
Others:
1. Should have managed 3-10 member teams in sales, procurement, and
quality.
2. Data oriented – be able to capture numbers in accounts and use that as a
source of truth.
3. Willing to travel 15 days in a month.
