Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic SCM Assistant Manager to manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management. The role requires strong analytical skills, process orientation, and the ability to drive efficiency across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-outs/excess inventory.
• Handle vendor management, negotiations, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs (cost, turnaround time (TAT), fill rate, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) for demand planning and execution.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and company standards.
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Manage and resolve supply chain disruptions and escalations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes & inventory management.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and data analysis.
• Good understanding of demand planning & forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of automation tools or data analytics is a plus.
