We value our<br /> employees and strive to foster an engaging, compliant, and productive work<br /> environment.<br /> Job Summary:<br /> The HR Executive will support and manage various HR functions, including<br /> recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, statutory compliance, training &amp;amp;<br /> development, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal<br /> candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive work<br /> culture.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Recruitment &amp;amp; Onboarding:<br /> Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating<br /> with hiring managers.<br /> Plan and conduct campus recruitment drives and internship programs.<br /> Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.<br /> Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.<br /> HR Policy &amp;amp; Compliance:<br /> Draft, review, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with company goals and<br /> statutory requirements.<br /> Ensure compliance with local, state, and national labor laws, including timely<br /> handling of EPF, ESIC, LWF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.<br /> Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.<br /> Payroll &amp;amp; Attendance:<br /> Administer monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.<br /> Monitor attendance and leave management through HRMS systems.<br /> Coordinate with finance and vendors for timely settlement of HR and administrative<br /> expenses.<br /> Employee Relations &amp;amp; Engagement:<br /> Address employee grievances promptly and maintain a harmonious work<br /> environment.<br /> Organize employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives to boost<br /> morale and productivity.</div> <div>Support performance appraisal processes and implement feedback mechanisms.</div> <div>Training &amp;amp; Development:<br /> Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.<br /> Conduct or arrange soft skills and compliance training for employees.<br /> Maintain training records, skill matrices, and update training calendars.<br /> Reporting &amp;amp; HRIS:<br /> Maintain and update HRIS and generate regular HR reports for management review.<br /> Assist in HR audits and ensure readiness for internal and external compliance<br /> checks.<br /> Key Skills &amp;amp; Competencies:<br /> Strong knowledge of HR processes and Indian labor laws.<br /> Proven ability in recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation.<br /> Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.<br /> Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRMS tools<br /> Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.<br /> Empathetic and employee-centric approach to HR management.<br /> Educational Qualification:<br /> Graduate<br /> Experience:<br /> Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a similar role; experience in the<br /> export, manufacturing, or trading sector is a plus.<br /> Salary &ndash; 40,000/- per month</div>
