Job Summary

The AEM Assets Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technology. The position focuses on leveraging AEM capabilities to enhance the overall digital experience for clients, ensuring scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage AEM Assets and Sites, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into AEM solutions.
• Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring long-term business benefits.
• Implement quick onboarding processes for new clients to enhance their digital asset management experience.
• Ensure all products are user-friendly and support scalability across multiple platforms.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing AEM solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience as an AEM Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM Sites and Assets.
  • Familiarity with AEM Cloud services.
  • Proficient in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of web technologies, including RESTful APIs.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud technologies related to AEM.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and practices.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and their integration with AEM.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager development, specifically with AEM Assets, AEM Sites, and Cloud technologies.
