Job Summary

The Business Analyst will support the Relationship team by writing Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM), managing spreadsheets, and initiating the overall pre-disbursal process. This role requires a strong understanding of financial ratios, customer business models, and industry analysis to enable informed decision-making and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic/Managerial Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and structure limits in accordance with organizational policy.
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cash-flow analysis and CAM writing.
  • Grade customer financials using Yes Bank-approved spreadsheets.
  • Initiate pre-disbursal processes for Legal-Technical Scrutiny Report (TSR), valuation, and audits if needed.
• People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Team Leaders (TLs) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all tasks.
• Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to Yes Bank’s risk, compliance, and underwriting policies.
