Job Description
Account & Relationship Management • Build and manage strong relationships with Amazon & Flipkart category managers. • Drive joint business plans and negotiate visibility opportunities, deals, and placements. • Act as the single point of contact between Koparo and marketplace stakeholders. Pricing & P&L; Ownership • Define and manage pricing strategy to maximize conversion, revenue, and margins. • Plan and execute discounts, offers, and events (Prime Day, BBD, BSS, Diwali, etc.). • Track and optimize contribution margins, TACoS, and repeat revenue KPIs. Performance Marketing & Growth • Own end-to-end marketplace advertising: Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, DSP, and Sponsored campaigns. • Build, execute, and scale performance marketing strategies to improve ROAS, CVR, and AOV. • Conduct data-driven experimentation to identify new growth levers. Analytics & Insights • Monitor dashboards, cohorts, and funnels to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities. • Perform marketplace benchmarking against top competitors to optimize share of voice. • Generate actionable insights to inform pricing, ads, and assortment strategies.
